From the black type family of stakes winners Semar, Shastri, Bhandara, Sharvasti, Balmacara, Eric The Eel and many more, this filly is out of a mare by So You Think who as a broodmare sire has produced 14 stakes performers with his best to date being the dual G1-winning juvenile Fireburn.
